Baidu PC Faster, The Solution of My Slow Laptop

My laptop used to be fast when I first got it. Then, over time it slow down. It took several time not only when browsing, but also when opening microsoft office. I get annoyed and it was very disturbing my work. Now, the problem is no longer bother me.

Based on my searching result and friend's suggestion, I am interested in using Baidu PC Faster as the solution. Baidu PC Faster as advanced optimization and security software has many advantages. First, this software is totally free for download and use. It is full version from early so I don't need to look for crack or serial number. It also takes up very little RAM memory. The size for this software is only 50MB RAM, so it will not make my laptop slow when this software works. It is easy to use. Just only one click, it can help keep my laptop fixed fast, clean and safe. And, most importantly, it has many useful features. Not only one or two, but seven features in one pack software, that is cleaner, speedup, virus scan, win update, toolbox, app store, and game faster. These features represent Baidu PC Faster's slogan "make your PC faster as well as secure".

A short story about the creator of Baidu PC Faster, which made me more believe about the quality of this software. Baidu PC Faster is made by Baidu Inc. Baidu is the leading search engine in China and now ranks top 5 in the world. Besides using Chinese language, Baidu is also popular as a replacement of Google, which is blocked by China. Baidu was founded by Robin Li and Eric Xu on January 1, 2000. Baidu also launched other products such as Baidu Spark, Baidu Antivirus, Baidu PC Faster, etc. Currently Baidu PC Faster has had more than 39 million users worldwide. In Indonesia, the total users of Baidu PC Faster has reached more than 3 million. 

This software looks awesome, really made me fall in love. Where else we could find free software as complete as this, so I download soon. After download, I click Baidu PC Faster shortcut "flash picture" on my desktop.

I can change language setting to Indonesian and choose x'mas theme, which is my favourite. Many theme options to beautify the display such as default, luxury gold, cherry red, grass green, brown, sky gray, FIFA, dreaming speed, pyramid, future soldier, and x'mas.

Just click "rocket slide" image, then my laptop will be faster a few percent. Let Baidu PC Faster works alone to remove junk files, release the memory, and optimization of boot-items. With four cleaning modes and more than 300 check point in optimization "machine", Baidu PC Faster increases boot time, memory usage, disk usage and performance of the system. 

Baidu PC Faster really helps me to improve the performance of my laptop and make it run faster. I like all the features because they are very useful for me. Besides can be used to speed up my laptop, this software can also be used as virus scan, software downloader, faster gaming, internet connection fixer, windows updater and others. I hope anyone who reads my experience in using each features, will be interested in using this software.

Cleaner
My windows registry keeps growing while I use my laptop. It continuously records all the information and changes of software, hardware, and system settings. Windows keeps the registry up to date but doesn't tidy up after itself very well. Over time, as I install and uninstall applications, the registry can become littered with old entries. These can seriously affect my laptop performance. Temporary files are also generated on my laptop all the time. Temporary files only have temporary functions, but they don't get deleted automatically when they are no longer needed. That is how temporary files become junk files. Junk files will gradually accumulate and fill up my hard drive space.

Cleaner feature frees up wasted space to increase my laptop's speed. Baidu PC Faster will scan and recommend the number of items that can be cleaned. And then I only click "clean" button to clean junk files, privacy files, and registry. There are four other features in cleaner feature, namely junk cleaner to clean junk files to gain more space for my laptop, privacy cleaner to clean the history of computer use to protect my privacy effectively, registry cleaner to clean invalid registry issues to optimize and speed up my laptop, plugin cleaner to clean malicious plugin.

SpeedUp

This feature gives the improvement of boot-speed, internet speed and system files. Boot speedup will disable the unnecessary items to speed up boot time, system speedup will optimize system settings to improve operation efficiency, and internet speedup will optimize network settings to boost my network speed. Only with one click, Baidu PC Faster will scan and give information which items can be optimized. The scan result showed my laptop status is pretty good and no items can be optimized any more.

To get a faster boot time, I click "boot time manager" to know my boot time, which items influence my boot time and I can disable startup items based on the recommended suggestions. Items are divided into four category namely items that are recommended to be disabled, items that can be disabled according to my needs, items that are recommended to keep, and necessary items. The result showed my boot time is 39 seconds and more faster than 85% computers in the world. It can be shared to Facebook, makes more interesting.

Virus Scan 

Too many viruses cause a surge in the use of computer memory so that computer becomes slow. This feature helps me scan my laptop from dangerous virus, malware, spyware accurately. Baidu PC Faster protects computer with a built-in virus scanner cloud, with the same technology used by Baidu Antivirus. Scanning is going fast enough, the detection results are also very good, and deletion action directly executed. Other choices are full scan: scan every corner of my laptop deep and completely, custom scan: personalized and targeted scan of my laptop, internet scan: customized scan for network configuration and ensure my security in online surfing, game scan: customized scan for online game path.

Win Update

Windows are dealing with millions of different computer configuration and with hacker who try to dismantle the security system. This will provide input to Microsoft that system they have had a security hole (crack), bug (error that appear), and weakness. Microsoft then issue small scale - improvement package, which is called update. 

Win Update feature helps me update my windows more quickly and efficiently because only with 1 click, I will be taken to update the windows without fear of interruption. Required updates are divided into three kinds, namely High Risk Patches: high risk vulnerabilities, trojan may hack my laptop so highly recommended to fix them; Optional Patches: fix them based on my needs; and Not Recommended Patches: the patches may not compatible with my laptop.

Toolbox

This feature is my favourite. Toolbox feature has complete feature items to speed up internet such as internet speed test, internet repair, facebook repair; speed up windows such as faster now, boot time manager, junk cleaner, privacy cleaner, registry cleaner; and application to clean desktop, delete file permanently, recovery file. 

Feature items, I have ever used are internet speed test, internet repair, fasternow, file shredder,and file recovery. I will tell about them.

I don't need searching web to find internet speed test software, only click internet speed test in toolbox feature. This is my internet speed test. Oops! The speed is a bit slow like a bicycle with 0.6 Mbps download, 16.0 Mbps upload.

One day I had internet problem. I can not open a game webpage, and the message appear as below.

At that time I was confused and lazy to follow the instructions. I remembered internet repair in toolbox feature. I thought this tool can help me solve this problem so I used it. First, this tool checks the items that need to be fixed, after that I only click "fix" button, and finally resolved. My network is working properly. Internet repair will help you check your network when you can't open web, login IM, or connect to the internet.

File shredder helps me to delete my confidential data that I do not want to be known by others, without fear that the data can be restored with a variety of data recovery software. Because sometimes, the files which you have apparently deleted not entirely disappear from your hard drive even if you already destroy them from the Recycle Bin. All applications are available for free, and grouped according to category for easy searching, such as games, internet, media, security, desktop, communications, utilities, graphic, business, education, and life. Click "What's hot today", to know the most downloaded applications and the best rated applications. Click "PC Essentials", to find all the applications that are essential for a new computer. Selected applications will be installed only with one click. Very easy and fast, right? Plus, with "My Apps", I can get notification of any applications that have been installed that need to be updated. Wow, looks awesome.

I have used it when I need software that can attach multiple photos vertically or horizontally to create one final photo. I looked it up in the graphics category and find PhotoScape 3.6. Before I install it, I see "what's hot today", PhotoScape is one among the top 10 most downloaded apps. This indicates I'm not mistaken install.

Game Faster

With this feature, playing games in leisure time becomes very enjoyable. I always used to speedup before playing, and let Game Faster work behind the scenes. I do not have to worry anymore will happen lagging memory or my laptop hangs like stagnating. Click "Play", and I can choose what games will be played, so Game Faster will keep smoothness of my laptop during playing games. Click "Hot Games", to see a list of popular games. Just click on the preferred games and Game Faster will lead me to the games website.
